Hosting your retreat at TAH means having the entire property to yourselves – all 11 beautifully designed rooms, 15 beds, and every cozy nook and light-filled gathering space.

It’s your private sanctuary for the weekend:

Lillian Hall – our 1,000 sq. ft. movement and meditation space

Two common lounges – including a dreamy third-floor writer’s lounge

Front terrace gardens – perfect for morning intention-setting

Two cedar saunas and firepits for slow, end-of-day unwinding

A timber-framed outdoor pavilion – large enough for open-air yoga (weather willing)

When you run a retreat with us, we become your behind-the-scenes support team.
We’re there during key windows throughout the weekend to keep things flowing:

retreat logistics (the basics)

We like to keep things simple, smooth, and well-held.

Retreat Size

  • Ideal for up to 20 participants

Room Occupancy

  • Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11 → single or double

  • Room 6 → triple or quadruple (king + queen sofa bed)

  • Rooms 9 & 10 → “grown-up bunks” (queen + twin XL), double or triple

Minimum Stay

  • Two-night retreat minimum for full retreats, one night for mini-retreats

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: Friday at 3 PM

  • Check-out: Sunday at 10 AM (Lillian Hall available after checkout)

Whole-House Booking

When you host a retreat at TAH, you reserve the entire property. This ensures privacy, flow, and that immersive feeling people crave, As host, you’re responsible for filling the rooms – though we happily promote your retreat. 

Deposits & Payment

  • 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your dates

  • Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival
