Our two cedar saunas, featuring beautiful stone Huum heaters are nooked away at the back of the property. Each sauna comfortably fits 4-5 people and are included in all room bookings made between January and May 2025. Available for use from 9am-9pm. We’ll provide all of the details for access prior to checkin.
And, our dear community members! We’ve got you covered, too. Private bookings can be made for $100 (+HST) for 75 minutes (up to six people) by contacting hello@theaugusthouse.ca. Our primary event space, Lillian Hall, is a light, open airy space with tall ceilings and hard wood floors. At 38’’x 26′ (about 1000 sq. ft.) it can comfortably hold 65 people seated at our 8ft harvest tables. For a standing cocktail reception, we can host up to 100. It’s also the perfect gathering space for yoga and other retreats.
Located on our charming third floor and with cozy angled ceilings, arched windows and comfy sofa and chairs this room is ideal for lounging. Great for girls’ gatherings, bridal party prep or just reading a book. Available to all guests or included as part of full house rental.

Enjoy your morning coffee among the flowers on our front terrace or relax in the Adirondacks by the firepits with a glass of wine in the evening – the garden will remind you to pause and take in the natural beauty of the valley.
Introducing our newest addition, The Moon Lawn! Complete with our timbre-framed building perfect for wedding ceremonies, pergola, fire pit with adirondack chairs and two cedar saunas (contact us if you would like to use them during your stay!), this space is adjacent to Lillian Hall and the perfect location for an outdoor cocktail reception or evening hang with your pals!
